A Note About Shipping 📦
We take great care when packing your order to help ensure that your products arrive safely.
Glass items: Each shipping box can safely hold a maximum of 4 glass items. If your order contains more than 4 glass items, it will need to be split into an additional box. An additional €9.95 shipping charge will apply for each extra box required.
Please also consider the combination of items in your order. Some products are heavy, fragile, or both, and heavy items may damage lighter or more delicate products during transit. For example, a heavy item packed with a delicate pie crust may cause damage.
We will always do our best to pack your order securely. However, if an additional box is required due to the number, weight, or combination of items, we may contact you before dispatch to arrange payment of the additional shipping charge.
