Refund policy
Bodega Foods is committed to ensuring that all products are supplied in satisfactory condition and in accordance with their description.
Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of the products supplied (food and consumable items), returns are not accepted once goods have been delivered. This is in line with applicable EU consumer regulations relating to perishable goods.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Goods
Where goods are received damaged, incorrect, or not as described, customers are entitled to a remedy in accordance with their statutory rights.
In such cases, Bodega Foods will, where appropriate, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Notification Requirements
To enable prompt assessment of any issue, customers must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide the relevant order number
- Supply clear photographic evidence of the issue
Failure to notify within this timeframe may limit our ability to process a claim.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind
Personal taste preferences
Products that have been opened, consumed, or stored incorrectly (unless faulty)
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer protection law.
