Shipping Within Ireland
We currently deliver nationwide across Ireland with our trusted courier partner, DPD.

Flat Rate Shipping: €9.95
Free Shipping: Available on orders over €100

Shipping Within the EU
We’re pleased to offer delivery across selected European Union countries.
All EU orders are shipped using trusted courier services including DPD and DHL, depending on destination and service availability.
All orders are fully tracked, and tracking details are provided once dispatched.

Please note: We do not ship to the United Kingdom.

Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout & the correct phone number is attached so we may contact you in the event of a product substitute or a courier needs to reach you. 
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or missed delivery, additional charges may apply.

If there are any issues with your order:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Provide your order number and photos of any damage or issue.
This allows us to resolve matters quickly and efficiently.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we’re unable to accept returns on food items you have changed your mind about. 

However, if something isn’t right with your order (e.g. damaged or incorrect items), we will always work with you to make it right.
